The US Food and Drug Administration has granted accelerated approval to pembrolizumab (Keytruda injection) for use in patients with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma whose disease progressed after platinum-containing chemotherapy. Multivitamin Use During Chemotherapy May Reduce Risk  for Peripheral Neuropathy
Multivitamin supplement use was associated with a reduction in symptoms of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) in a subanalysis of the SWOG S0221 trial.
